Our stay started off on a rocky note when we arrived to find our room unavailable due to a burst pipe. While we were moved to a different hotel initially, the rest of our stay at The Old Phuket improved significantly with good amenities and well-kept rooms. However, some service hiccups, including voucher validity and slow check-in times, did impact our experience a bit. Overall, the location is fantastic and most aspects of our stay were enjoyable.
